Real estate closer pleads guilty to fraud
FOREST LAKE – A business woman responsible for moving money from home buyer to home seller admitted in a plea agreement last week to taking transaction funds for her own use.

A Forest Lake business woman accused of misappropriating more than $1 million in property transactions was arrested along with her husband on financial fraud warrants at their home in the 7400 block of 213th Street N. Sunday, June 27.

FOREST LAKE – A business woman responsible for moving money from home buyer to home seller has been accused of taking more than $1 million in property closing fees and transactions.
