Wednesday, August 31st, 2011Workers swing reinforced steel over the freeway for installation on the new Broadway Avenue bridge deck Aug. 24 in Forest Lake. Bridge deck pavement is tentatively scheduled to be poured this week, interchange ramp paving was started last week and abutment surcharges will be removed. Officials said despite the state shutdown, poor weather and utility relocation the bridge should reopen later this fall
